一、个人简介

王伟,男,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,食品营养与安全系系主任。

二、学习经历

19989月至20026月,石河子大学食品科学专业本科;

20039月至20066月,新疆农业大学食品科学专业硕士;

20139月至20166月,南京农业大学食品科学专业博士;

20171月至20201月,新疆农业大学园艺学专业博士后。

三、工作经历

20069月至今在皇冠登陆入口welcome从事教学科研工作。

四、主讲课程

为本科生主要讲授动植物检验检疫、食品微生物学、食品微生物检验技术、食品酶工程、食品生物技术、食品质量管理学及发酵工艺学等课程;为硕士研究生主要讲授食品质量与安全控制专题、食品微生物与发酵工程、食品生物技术及其进展及食品科学与工程专题等课程。
